		<description>10 hrs a day for a 12 year old and quitting your job?!?  The father needs a reality check.

I love sports.  I love working with my daughters. Yes, sometimes I remind them that they have practice early in the morning so its fine that they go to the sleep over but they need to honor their commitment to their team.  But I understand that they need to just be kids once in a while.  What happens, God forbid, if his son blows out his knee?  What happens if his son decides he&#039;s just had enough football?  How are his grades affected (he may be a good football player but if he can&#039;t get admitted to college what&#039;s next?)?</description>
